Sig SP2340 barrel swap

I own a sig SP2340 in .40 cal and was wondering if a SP2340 .357 Sig barrel will slide in without major modifications? My magazines say .40 S&W/.357 Sig on the side, so I am assuming the frame and slide of the guns are the same. Thanks in advance for your help.

Vanboy, you are correct about the magazine it works for both calibers. I own both barrels. All you have to do is swap the barrels out. There are no other modifications needed. I've put about 250 rounds through each barrel. No malfunctions yet.
