Sig Sights on Makarov

I'm thinking about having my gunsmith put some Sig 232 sights on my Makarov, and I wanted some opinions. I don't have the dimensions of the Sig sights, but I took my slide to the gunshow this past weekend. The sig slide is shaped similar to the Mak, and seems close to the same size.

I know my gunsmith will have to mill the slide to make them work, but it appears to be a decent option.

I've attached some pics of the 232 sights below. Your thoughts?

I don't see why not. Geoff Beast installs Novak sights on Maks. If those will work, I can't see any reason why the P232 sights won't work.
