good results with Sig service
I sent my P220 in after noticing that the locking insert and barrel lug seemed damaged. When I called to ask what I should do about the damage I was told to purchase the full service package and they would look it over. I was pleasantly surprised to get my gun back with new springs (including extra recoil spring), a new barrel, and locking insert. If I had purchased the parts alone the total would have exceeded or been close to the price of the shipping and the FSP. The turn around time was only a week or so, but I cannot remember exactly, to be honest. I have a pretty good opinion of them, whether it be manufacturing, custom work, or customer service.
