Sig Sauer P232

I recently won a bid on Gunbroker for a LNIB Sig P232 in 380 acp. It's the blackened version. I've been looking locally for one of these with no luck and I understand that Sig has stopped making them for import. The one I bought was made in Germany and has the German proof marks.

These are beautiful guns and the ergonomics are amazing. I should receive it early next week.

I'm interested in any input or thoughts on this gun.

These are very nice pistols. Your pistol will probably come with the ergonomically excellent hard plastic grips. Hogue makes a grip for this pistol that, IMHO, makes range time more comfortable and fun and at a reasonable price, (see pic).

Be sure to lube the pivot points of the takedown lever.

I use and recommend a light gun grease on the alloy rails. My personal brand is TW25b.
