Will standard P226 9mm 15 round Magazine fit inside the P226 9mm Enhanced Elite with E2 Grips?....

They should fit. Barring if there was a difference in really old magazines any p226 magazine should fit any p226 as long as its the same caliber.

Conjecture, which isn't what you want -- but unless you see magazines for sale on sites that are specified to fit the P226 Enhanced Elite with E2 Grips, I suspect that they're all interchangeable.

(Until recently I had a P226 X-Five and it could use standard 226 mags; I even used the Mec-Gar equivalent of the factory hi-cap mags (they look like the factory X-Five mags), and they worked fine after a little sanding around the top of the big, thick bases plates. The X-Fives have a slightly different grip/mag well...)

I'm sure somebody here will have a "for sure" answer for you.

Yes it will work. Mag well is not effected by the E2 grip or the gun being an Elite.
