At the time of this post MGW & AbPrototype are "Out of Stock"

I ordered the above parts when they were "In Stock" and Retrofitted my P365 with a XL Grip Module.

I used a Dremel to cut the Grip Module on the Left Side (Controls Side) only.
I followed the rear Mold Mark on the Grip and cut to the lower mold mark line.
I then fitted the FCU with the Manual Safety installed into the Grip and I could see how far forward I needed to cut to clear the MS Lever Arm.
I cut the forward line down to the Mold Mark and then going back and forth removed the small piece of plastic in the middle.

I used the Dremel with a metal cutting Disc and cut the Right Side Lever off of the Manual Safety Lever.
I only wanted the Left Side Manual Safety Lever as I am Right Handed.

Fitting the Manual Safety Lever into the FCU was easier with the Trigger pulled back and the Trigger Return Spring Forward..leaves more space to slip in the Manual Safety Lever.

It came out very nice and Functions Perfectly.

Will be interesting to follow up over time to see if the safety works it way out of place after making your strong side only cut.

The area I cut the Manual Safety Lever at is where the MS Lever shaft would go through the Grip.
The part of the MS Lever that resides inside the FCU is still there.
I tried to leave just enough of the Right Side shaft so as to not hit the right side of the Grip Module.
MS Lever on the Left Side Feels very Secure with no movement left to right.

I saw a guy with a Glock get beat up pretty bad when he mentioned adding a Safety...of course the thread was 6 years old so maybe that's a good sign that the Forum has matured.

It's a Personal thing.
Now when I see that Lever in the Up position I know that the gun is LIVE!
It's more for when it's at home...I can tell at a glance it's condition.
My P365 is not my Primary EDC I also carry a P320 X-Compact RX (without a Safety)
My P320 on the other hand IS always LIVE fully Loaded..No Safety Needed...No Confusion!
It's Live 24 / 7
My P365 on the other hand could be left for a few days and I may forget if I left it Loaded or not.
Yes I could pick it up and Physically check but the MS just makes it easy to see.
Like I said it's just a personal thing but it works!

I don't get then why you'd want a pistol with a different manual of arms that you'll only use occasionally. Your call.
