Sig P250C 22lr

I have received a few adverts for this pistol with pretty reasonable prices. I owned/tried a 9mm previously and I didn't hate it, but didn't like it enough to accessories out to replace my Glock carry. A 22lr range toy is quite feasible.
$289 from CDNN+shipping+TXFR, bu going to check with my local FFL Tuesday as he can usually get firearms into my hands for the same or less without less hassle.
Anyone have negative things to say about the 250C-22?

I love mine. It's accurate and has been flawless on every ammo except for Winchester Wildcat. The big plus for me was that the p250 22 was the cheapest way to get a spare FCU so I can swap my xchange kits easier.
