Sig P226 DAO vs. DAK

I'm looking at a decent Sig P226 for sale that is what I believe an older DAO pistol. It has more of a prominent hammer verses the 'flat' hammer of the DAK models. What's the trigger pull like on the DAO model verses the DAK pistols?
I've heard that older P226's cannot be converted to DAK.
But...can the older DAO models be converted back to SA/DA?

Anyone?

I know I'll get it again but it just doesn't bother me anymore - don't bother that trigger! All "trigger jobs" are fraught with disaster! Yes, you can get a good trigger job, but it must either be done by the factory or a master experienced nationaly known smith who is an expert on your particular package!
Most factories will not do one and I know of a National Guard armorer who has stopped doing all 1911 triggers! Never, never OIL or LUBRICATE A TRIGGER MECHANISM! Lube will not give you a good trigger just like you can't get an engine overhaul out of a can!

DAO vs. DAK

Mr. Bonar,

I wasn't planning on doing a trigger job. Just wondering what the pull difference was (in pounds) between the DAO and DAK models.
