Sig P224 Discontinued

Recently was considering one of these. Kind of glad I couldn't find one now. I guess the sales where really slow? Hickock 45 seemed to really like the one he tested.

Much rather have a P228 or P229. P224 are just as wide as the P229 and not a long enough grip. Tiny controls. By by P224.

SIG has so many models and with the P320, seem to be competing with themselves in addition to other brands.

New P224 guns are still out there, for now.

It is a shorter grip and shorter length than the P229 for certain but definitely not tiny controls. I was thinking for concealed carry it would be nice. Just a P229 that holds a few less rounds but much easier to conceal. I know a LGS that has one but it's the DAK version and I was looking for the DA/SA with decocker.
