SIG P220 trigger job

Would appreciate recommendations on a Smith for a SIG P220 DA/SA trigger job.....DA trigger is heavy/rough w/ SA creep that I want removed or minimized.....surely there are Folks who either specialize in Sigs or have a lot of experience with SIG DA/SA triggers. THANKS!

I would think SIG's own custom shop would be a good place.

Do not use SIg themselves. They are hit or miss. Some people get great work others get very little for their money.

I would recommend Gray Guns. Bruce Gray is the man when it comes to Sigs.

Ya know, that doesn't really suprise me though. I have heard really good things about Gray's Sig work.

I had a Sig P220 with AEP and it was nice. It was very smooth. I have heard and seen others that were no better than a pistol that had been dry fired a lot.


I used to own a P226 Tactical that had been worked over by Bruce and his guys and there was no comparison. The Bruce Gray gun was butter and the reset was shorter than any Sig I have ever owned. I let it go because the P226 simple does not fit me as well as my BHP.
