Sig P210A

I have a Sig P210A, got it last Feb.
My friend got his in March.

In order to remove my barrel, I must pull a small spacer from where the spring sets.

His has a different spring that is not replaceable on the rod.

Which is newer/better?

Jeryray, I've had my 210A for almost 3 years. Mine is as shown in your photo. I'd be interested in seeing a photo of the same parts in your 210A. You may have a newer system...

Me, too.
There were reports of the end popping off the captive rod you show as "his".
I will guess they have revised the installation and you just got them out of order of production.

Did you buy it new or used?
That looks like the DPM aftermarket set, which I have read of being used by people whose factory rod cap came off.

Oh Boy, I did install that over a year ago. I did not remember.

Sorry for the confusion.
The 210a works great with that kit BTW.

Just my burris sight keeps moving.
