Shoulder stock

Is anyone certain of the law/ATF rulings regarding stocks and Lugers? I have been told that a shoulder stock is legal for a Luger Artillery model, but not the standard 4" P-08.

Howdy Rod! It is legal sometimes. I think it has to be on the curios and relics list, so no modern Lugers. I think the stock must be an original, no reproductions allowed. The gun must have been originally designed to accept the stock, no modifications allowed. Contact ATF for the definitive answer.

Thanks, Jeff OTMG, I was inclined to contact ATF initially--I believe that is the best course.
