Shoulder Holsters

Has anyone used a Deep Conceal holster http://www.deepconceal.com? I would like to get a holster that is comfortable to wear up to ten hours at a time. I don't want to spend too much without knowing if it fits my needs. I heard about Deep Conceal from a friend of a friend and he says they are really comfortable. I would like to get more positive feedback before buying.

scammers...

http://www.kangaroocarry.com/ is the real deal.

I got one, rarely use it because I keep my J frame in my pocket. I got a family member who uses it like 24/7.

I really like mine it's just I just use the pocket. But if I am biking or running I will use it.

I'm curious on these holsters too. does anyone own one or another they recommend. I haven't liked my inside belt holster at all.

I wear a traditional shoulder holster when the weather permits. I find it immensely more comfortable than an IWB holster, and easier to wear than a OWB holster.

Good for running you say?
I've been looking for something that would work while I'm running - preferably not a fanny pack, but not dependent on a belt..
I don't mean to hijack the thread, but do these retain a gun well enough that it's not going to come flopping out while running?

My traditional rig is not condusive to long distance running. The pistol would not fall out, but it is not held tight to my body, so would be bouncing around.

I'm sure the "Deep Conceal" and "Kangaroo Carry" holsters mentioned above fill a niche, but I think about how/when I wear my current shoulder rig, and those straps across the front of my chest just wouldn't work for me. I like to be able to wear the shoulder holster over a t-shirt and under an unbuttoned shirt, or over a shirt and under a jacket or windbreaker (which may not always be zipped up).

Like I said, they fill a niche, but keep in mind that they're going to have to be worn under something that covers your entire front all the time if you want the rig to stay concealed.

Kangaroo looks like a **** site. I don't appreciate that. When I got to a business I expect a decent acceptable product picture, not a bunch of blown up ta tas

If they want to offer that sort of thing it should be with a warning and and I accpet click.

My wife uses this machine and at times is with me when I am looking at sites.

It offends me and it will offend her.

Agreed - I fully support the age-old tradition of using sex appeal to sell products, but the Kangaroo Carry site frankly looks like they hired a stripper for their product model.

Personally, I really like a shoulder holster, but it has to be a "traditional" so to speak.

Those straps going across my chest would be just like a small stone in my shoe. Eventually it has to go, . . .

Galco makes a really good rig in their Miami classic, . . . or Jackass rigs, . . . mine is a clone of the Jackass, . . . I carry a commander or full size all steel 1911 in it, . . . works great.

Just my 2 cents.

May God bless,
Dwight

When I bought mine from them over a year ago, the site wasn't no were near like that. I notice they added more sex appeal photos/models to boost sales.
