Shoulder Holster Recommedation

I am wondering if anyone here has any recommendations for a good quality shoulder holster. Since I work in a helicopter unit (no belt on flight suits and too uncomfortable to carry one on your hip) I carry my weapon in a Uncle Mikes vertical carry shoulder holster. This holster worked well for my Beretta 92F but does not fit my Glock 36 too well. So I'm looking for a new nylon vertical or horizontal shoulder holster that would fit my Glock 36. Concealablity is not a concern,comfort and function are.
