Should We Try the First Amendment ?

Maybe we ought to make guns a 1st Amendment issue.After all I am only expressing my fervor for the right to keep and bear arms.

Loud as my .357 Blackhawk is, I doubt I could sell that "bang" as a free speech issue ;)

The key word is "expression". But look,apparently it is legal to burn a flag but not a cross.
Why cant our carrying guns be considered expression?

Don't forget that freedom of religion is supposed to be protected too.
