Should individual cities be allowed to sue firearm manufacturers?

78% to 20%. It jumped by almost a hundred votes in 30 seconds. I smell a large rattus rattus.

This is still an asserted effort to hang the carrot in front of greedy politicians face.

It also operates on the idea on non-accountability of the operator of said devices used to perform the criminal deeds.

If they ( the suing cities) really want to send a message to society, more specifically the perpetrators of said crimes. Go after them with at 100% Military Power.

But then, that would also indicate that this was the real intent of the lawsuits.
No their intent is something much more sinister in nature.

Consider the lawsuit filed by Phillie...
In spite of the fact that Pennsylvania has already legislated against cities in their State boundaries from doing so. The Mayor in Philly, no doubt coached on by the traitors in WDC, has decided to challenge the laws of the land... So be it.

The Mayor should then be arrested, and placed in jail for willingly, and knowingly violating State Laws. As should the DA, or legal representative of same county, for even following along with this charade. They should also be disbarred, and lose their license to practice, AND forfeit all properties and assets for their crimes against society... ;)

Best Regards,
Don

The most foolish mistake we could make would be to allow the subjected people to carry arms; history shows that all conquerers who have allowed their subjected people to carry arms have prepared their own fall.

I'm waiting for the manufacturers to finally stand on their hind feet and countersue these clowns. I would love to see them go after them on a RICO Act suit and declare them a criminal enterprise. After all, we have a conspiracy, threats of force to damage a business unless they comply, etc. typical gangster tactics.

The poll is at 83,549 votes cast. 30,584 (30%) Yes. 52,769 (63%) No.

Gun Control: The proposition that a woman found dead in an alley, raped and strangled with her own panty hose, is more acceptable than allowing that same woman to defend herself with a firearm.
