Should I buy this marlin .22?

"Jumbo Sports" is going out of business, so everything is 40-50% off, except guns, which are 20% off. There are only about 5 long guns left, one of which is an autoloading Marlin .22, with a tubular magazine and wood stock - nice simple .22. Price is $110 minus 20%, so $88.00 plus tax. It's the last thing I need (already have a 10/22), but of course the first thing I want. The trigger assembly has a broken piece, but the guy at the store says Marlin should replace it at no cost. Good deal?

Try Wally-World. Just saw a model 60 for $99, and you don't have to have anything repaired, you get to play now! ...er...I mean practice your marksmanship! Yeah, that's the ticket.
