What do you think? Should he concede if still behind on Sunday? Vote your conscience for this poll. Currently the vote is 82% in favor of concession. That is not nearly high enough, right?
 
I find it very very funny that Gore is so friggin sue happy! Any law of judgement rendered against him just goes straight to court!

Hopefully after Sunday's Certification of Bush any court that Gore goes too will simply just not hear him! I hope!

That's where it should be resolved -- in the nation's highest court. 64%

This dispute is not a matter for the U.S. Supreme Court. 36%

Normally I'd be against the Feds being involved is State matters, but with a corrupt State Supreme Court and lopsided Democratic majorities in the local Election Commissioners, there is enough here to warrant outside intervention.

I agree with you. This matter should not be going to the Supreme Court. BUT the FSC obviously and blatantly contravened the statuate in a deliberate verbal double-speak and misdirection. Enough is enough. Gore lost and it is time for him to CONCEDE.

He should have conceded already, this Man if you want to call him one, has no Honor, he could walk under a snake.
