Well guys, I bought an 870 from a guy. It's pretty much "tact'ed" out with a railed fore grip, the Knoxx recoil reducing system stock, and tube extension.
My problem is that when racking the slide, the fore arm tends to "jam" in the retracted position and its very difficult to push it forward to chamber a round. Eventually I can get it to break free and move forward.
I haven't yet pulled it apart as the tube extension is either rusted or loc-tited to the tube and I will probably have to use some heated "persuasion" to get it off. I have cleaned and lubed as well as possible without breaking it down and it's better but still jams.
What are the likely causes?
Thanks,
