Shotgun value..help

My father-in-law has a remington or a winchester model 876 shotgun. I do not remember the brand but was asking me the value it could be worth, and my books are missing does anyone know how much it could be worth? thanks

Yeah I knew you didn't have the model right because that model doesn't exist, and if you didn't know what kind of action it was, its safe to assume that you mixed up the model number. depending on the condition $300-500.
