Most of my shots will be from ground blind or tree stand so I figure a 50 yard parallax is good enough in fixed 4x power. Anyone using something along thos eline they would recommend. Thanks
Many shotgun scopes, like pistol scopes, are parallax adjusted for 50 yards. Verify the correct eye relief depending on how you'll mount (receiver or barrel) the scope.
I have a Simmons Pro-Diamond in 4X. This has shotgun/ML eye releif. Most of the time I just use one of my RedDots. These work better for my on fast moving shots. ....
Deerfield fixed power 2.5x scope on 20 gauge Win1200 and it shoots slugs into 4" at 100 yards that is 2" better then my Mossberg slug gun with rifled barrel and rifle sights. Cheap scope but no problems since I put it on nearly 15 years ago. It puts #4 shot right at point of aim at 35 yards so it is also my turkey gun.
