I have a side by side double barreled shotgun. It's a model 400, that was made in Japan, and on the butt of the stock it has the three letters J M C with a large M and the small J and C on the sides. I have searched for the origins of this gun, and I believe it may be a Japanese Murata. My father can only guess its around forty years old. I was just wondering if any one could give me any more information or turn me in the right direction of some. Anything would be helpful. Thanks
