Shot Timer

Looking to pick up a shot timer sometime in the near future. Looking to spend somewhere in the $100-$150 range. Anyone have a brand/model they've been using and happy with ?

Timers are all about the same cost. The ones used in competition shooting are the CED 7000 (which can remember up to 10 strings), the PACT club timer (release trigger button, I don't care for it), the Competition Electronics Pocket Pro, and the Pocket Pro II, and the RUREADY timer (also a release trigger). Most of the time I see the CED 7000 because it is very small (requires a reset for each string) and the Pocket Pro II because it seems to be the easiest to run.

This sounds like an echo.
Anyhow, check out the wrist watch sized Shotmaxx from Double Alpha and CED.
It's capable for only hearing your gun, even on a busy range.
Sensitive enough for airguns, too.

I just bought a CED 7000, largely because of its 10 string memory which is handy for practice.
