Shot my new Glock 26 today.....

After weeks of delay I finally got the time today to shoot my first Glock ( model 26).All the wondering of how this pistol would perform was put to rest.It shot everything I put through it from 115 gr full metal jacket to 147 gr jhp. Over 300 rounds of ammo and not even a jam.Since they are supposed to be tough i did not clean it during my shooting session.Accuracy was good for a compact 9 MM.Might even purchase another one in a different caliber in the future.

BIGR......I have had a Glock 26 for a couple years now. It has never failed to feed or fire. I had Mepro night sights installed and a 3 1/2 lb. connector to lighten up the trigger to just under 5 lbs. If my state ever gets CCW this will be the one. Very accurate for the short sight radius. Rugged, dependible, what else can I say. You made an excellent choice. Shoot Safe......CO

Welcome to the Dark Side my son.
Your Glock will serve you well.
I would suggest putting Pierce grip extensions on your mags. It makes the gun more controlable and does not detract from the concealability.
I would also suggest installing the 3.5lb connector, and the reduced power trigger spring AFTER you have become accustomed to the pistol. I did this to my G26, and it dropped the trigger pull to 3.5lbs (within the accuracy of the scale). I figure that I now have almost the equivalent of a 1911 in condition one. (cocked and locked)
Stay safe, and enjoy!! :) :)
