Shooting a Pinfire

I've been considering the purchase of a Westley Richards pinfire 12 guage that is in excellent shooting condition. Has anybody ever gone to the trouble of shooting these guns. I remember reading an article some years back about a person who was modifying active hulls for pinfire use, thought it might be kind of fun to try.

Alex, I've been around shotgunning for close to half a century and have never seen anyone shoot a pinfire. But if anyone will know more, the folks over on Shooting Sportsman Mags' BB ought to.
