Shooting a Kahr P9

I just rented the Kahr P9 at my local range and the first 4 or 5 clips were great. Very accurate gun and recoil was what I expected. The problem is that on about the last 14 rounds from a box of 50 I could not hold my hands still to save my life. I thought I was being a wimp till my friend experienced the same problem.....what gives? I can take my Kimber Ultra .45 or Glock 23 and shoot over 300 rounds without any problems. Am I doing something wrong?

I have a P9 and love it. I don't have a problem running 200 to 300 rounds through it. Maybe it was the rental gun?? I did put an Agrip on mine to help with the grip and I also added the Harrt's recoil rod but I didn't have a problem before I added those treats

Could be the grip: It's so thin, you have to curl your fingers more to hold the pistol firmly. I chose the K9 over the P9 for this reason. I just dry fired the P9 for awhile and scrunching my fingers around the little grip started to cramp my hand.

I think you'll get used to it the more you shoot the gun.
