Shipping a muzzelloader

I have a Hawkin .45 ca. muzzelloader I am going to sell to a man in Iowa. I live in Missouri. Do I have to ship it to an FFL in Iowa, or am I o.k. shipping UPS to him directly?

No Sir, you can ship directly to him. I have done so on more than one occasion. In fact, I even get M/L's direct from manufacturers.

Yep, I'm in NY and it's even legal HERE to receive a muzzleloader directly, no FFL required.

Muzzle loaders are not firearms under GCA 68.

No 4473, no real rules for transfer in most states.

A few limit age.
