What is the best way to ship a Ruger Old Army from Iowa to central Florida?

There are no restrictions, I was always partial to UPS Ground or Priority Mail.

The post office will not mail a handgun for an American Commoner. Their definitions are more restrictive than BATF, they don't care if it is cap 'n ball or air powered, if it shoots from one hand, it is a pistol and they won't play.

Of course you could just box it up and send it. But if the box happened to get knocked open, the return address would get a visit from the postal inspector and FBI.
