Is it possible to replace the single trigger on a TC New Englander with a double set trigger ?
Does anyone make a 1/66 PRB barrel to fit a TC new englander ?
 
You would have to have a lock with a fly in it. If TC used the same locks for the New Englander that they used for their Hawken it will work. I don't know of anybody that makes a round barrel.

This pic has the bridle removed so you can clearly see all the working parts. H is the fly.

Perhaps, from a custom shop .... :confused:

Might have better luck and spend less money if you just buy a Lyman. .... :cool:

I have heard Lyman was bought out by Smith and Wesson and their quality has gone down some, is this true ?

Quality is non-existent as they no longer make SideLocks nor support them. Your lifetime warranty is dead. There are still plenty of TC-Sidelocks and parts out there but they are getting expensive and harder to find. ....... ;)
