Colt Python 4" Blue in 90%+ condition with serial number 73091.
Anyone know approximate date of manufacture?
What would be a fair retail price?

Made in 1967.
The year started off at 61000 and ended as round 73799.

Price is very variable, depending on actual condition, and where it's for sale.
Some areas of the country, Pythons bring much higher or lower prices.
