A few weeks ago I sent a used NAA 22lr that I paid $90.00 for back to the factory to have the cyl. replaced with the new type. Called yesterday to get the status of the gun and to my surprise, they said they are shipping out a brand new one to me. Something about the barrel not being right. Not bad for $90.00 bucks.

From everything I've heard and read this standard operating procedure around NAA. Those folks know how to treat their customers.

Never had a problem with my NAA Mini Magnum but it sure is nice to know they stand behind their products. Their efforts may be rewarded futher by my planned purchase of another Mini, this time the longer barrel Mini-Master model. Switching the grips to the smaller wood type, it would be an ideal concealment weapon for my notebook portfolio.

And they make great holliday gifts!
Rich uses them to decorate his christmas tree, my wife has a pair for earings, I used one as a keychain...
:D

From what I have seen and heard NAA has what is probably the best Customer service in the business. Followed closely by Bushmaster. :)
