It used to be that only a faxed or hard copy of the dealer's FFL liscense would work for a transfer, but a couple years ago, it was changed to make it alright to send the copy via e-mail.
And 9 times out of ten, when I try to send it by e-mail, the dealer on the other end wants a faxed or hard copy, because they're not aware of the change to include a copy sent by e-mail.
I've searched the ATF website and can't find anything about the FFL liscense being sent for transfer needs to be e-mailed, faxed, or hard copy.
Can someone please point me in the right d'rection???
