I have a Remington model 1100 shotgun that I need to have reblued. I was wondering if any knows if you can send guns back to Remington to have them reblue it for you. I think that I would prefer to have Remington reblue it for me since it should have the original bluing on it again. I looked on their webpage, but I don't see anything about having a gun reblued. Also, if i can send my gun in, does anyone know the approximate cost. The gun does have soom very minor rust, so I know it will have to be sanded a little and then completely reblued.

Don't know what the custom shop does these days. Try Remington Consumer Services / Parts & Service at 1-800-243-9700 and they should have an answer.
For product liability reasons, they may not offer refinishing without a total servicing. Some years ago, I took a gun to Perazzi for refinishing (wood and metal) and it took longer and cost more ($1K+) than I'd anticipated. After the fact, they admitted the work had been farmed out. You may be better off having you gun done by some respected gun company who specialize in refinishing, like Simmons. They used to do the factory finishing on the Pigeon grade Winchester M-12s.

If you're just looking for a reblue, check your local gunsmiths - one of them might be able to do that. Where I used to live, I was lucky that the smith could do it all and did it very well.......
The OP wanted to use Remington to duplicate the original finish on his M1100. That's why I recommended Simmons. However, if he's willing to have a finish that puts a standard M1100 finish to shame, there are many local gunsmiths who can make his 1100 look like a custom grade gun. On the down side, there are inexperienced or uncaring re-finishers who's only claim the fame is the ability to round-over nice sharp edges.
BBush's concern over some very minor rust is valid. A significant part of the refinishing process is file work to true damaged surfaces and sharpen edges. Remember, the more reflective the surface, the more obvious the flaws. A simple sanding of a deep rust spot will stick out like a sore thumb because of the distorted reflections from that area. A competent re-finisher can recommend if gun is a candidate for a deep gloss custom look, or is better off getting a matte finish.
