Semi-auto animation?

Has anybody run across an animation or cartoon that shows step-by-step what happens when you pull the trigger on a semi-auto pistol?
I remember learning about two-cycle and four-cycle internal combustion engines from watching a cartoon that showed each step in the process. Here's a sample: http://www.fwkc.com/encyclopedia/low/articles/i/i012000742f.html
Any idea where I can find something like this for a semi-auto pistol or firearms in general?
Thanks,

Go to www.1911forum.com , Troubleshooting, topics for the last 100 days, "hammer falls when a new round is chambered", posted by Kuiper. It has and excellent animation showing the relationship between trigger, sear, hammer and disconector.

There are a couple good animations at www.m1911.org (under the box "operation")

The Eight cycles of function, via US Army Ordnance:
1)Feeding: via racking the slide
2)Chambering: the round goes into the tube, with the rim under the extractor
3)Locking: "in battery" ready-to-go
4)Firing: hammer drops, pin strikes primer, ignition
5)Unlocking: pistol begins to open during
recoil, after the pressure subsides
6)Extracting: case withdraws from
the chamber
7)Ejection: of the spent case
8)Cocking: hammer resets for the next round
