Sellier and Bellot primers anybody use them?

I purchased 6K at Cabellas when they were on sale for $19.99 per K:eek:
Although I have not used any yet, i searched on several gun forums for info.
I found only good reviews, did not find a single post indicating any problems with S&B primers.
 
Bought 5000 spp

I bought 5000 and have at least one FTF every range session. I finally
had to relegate the SB primers to my hammer guns. Lots of problems
with my striker fired pistols. The striker fired guns were stock, no
reduced power striker springs and all the primers were set by hand.
I eventually went to the SB website to see if this lot of primers was
recalled. Some would fire on the second strike, most would not, even
though they are cheaper, I avoid them now.
 
Well I tried to install 5 in some 30/06 cases last night, went in tighter then well you know the rest, some have marks on them from applying force to seat them round mark , from my RCBS hand primer old one from back in early 2000, strip type.
So you think they will go boom, or not?
Maybe anvil got messed up.
Maybe need a primer pocket reamer which will make the Winchester primers too easy to install, next time.
Cases are unfired resized Winchester cases.

Gunny12, a while back, I posted this topic. I received no negative responses. I use them with success. One loader replied he has used thousands of them and they all went bang.
