selector switch block for M16A1

Hello,
I am trying to find this Selector Switch block in the picture. I can not find it anywhere. My department bought 3 M16's with it on them all. Keeps people from putting rifle in full auto. A friend from a neighboring department just purchased several for his department, and wanted to know where to get them at. I am trying to track some down so he can purchase. Can anyone help? Check your National Guard Armory they are put on when troops are sent to civil disturbances. Note they break off easily but if you use your thumb to break it you will get a bloody gash in your thumb.

You could probably have one made locally for pretty cheap. If not, Brownell's has a conversion, but it's $50. Not sure what your budget is. A couple local agencies bought them for their M16s.

You could also just buy standard semi auto safeties. Those will not flick to the 3rd position.
