Second Amendment think tank formed by anti-gunners. And the answer is...?

By allowing the prevalence of weapons and guns in the new country, they created somewhat of a monster, which was a gun violence epidemic in the cities -- in Boston, in New York, in Philly, etc.
Yeah, I'm sure the Founders adopted the Second Amendment to control the violence in Boston, New York, and Philly -- that had freed Americans from British rule.

By allowing

Those are the words that annoy me the most, and also show the true nature of the bleating sheep that form that "feelings tank" as put so well by another poster.

They think government is allowing something. They must have forgotten, if they ever knew the following: "that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men."

Apparently all they care about (as we have known for a long time) is that it's GUN violence.

We know that urban areas experience violent crime problems, but we also know that urban areas are violent even without guns.

Guns are BANNED in England. NO ONE can carry them, and even police are under strict gun-use-authorization rules. And their KNIFE crime is out of control.

Antis will never get it.

And I don't really know why we ever bother to try to debate or discuss gun rights issues with anti-gunners, folks. They will not change, and they cannot change. I really feel that trying to have a reasonable discourse with an anti-gunner like Schumer, Feinstein, Brady, Clinton, Sugarmann, Peters, is no different from trying to do the same with a radical islamist. If they have an irrational hatred for you, you are not going to coerce them with softspoken words of compassion and understanding until they finally agree to stop going for your throat, your rights, or whatever it is they want to deprive you of.

I really think it's time to simply fight them off, not try to engage them in discourse. It's time to trounce them; to hold them up to abject ridicule for their idiotic views that are based in nonsense and intellectual bankruptcy. It should not be out of bounds to call an anti-gunner an "IDIOT" when their arguments are idiotic!

I find it ironic that these "think tank" people can't read the writtings of the founding fathers in thier own words. Can't read but members of "s"think tank, sounds to me like a deck with 6 aces.
