Sears 200/Winchester1200 shell extraction

I have an old Sears 200 20ga 3in pump that was my grandfathers. I can chamber a round but can't get them to eject. It will move back about 1/4 to 1/2 in then won't go any father. I can put a blank shell in it, and very few times will it extract..I have to push on shell with a dowel thru barrel to get it to release.
I don't know to much about shotguns, more familar with handguns and bolt action rifle. Any ideas on how to fix?
 
Take it to a qualified gunsmith and have it repaired.

Just because you are American does not mean that you can fix everything yourself.

Even I take my guns to a gunsmith when I have a problem.
