After reading a few threads on this, I've grown curious...where is the best place (either in the archives here or someplace else) to get a good overview on exactly what makes a good Cooper 'scout rifle,' and the uses and limitations thereof?

thanks,

Mike

I hope to have "The REAL Scout Rifle" finished soon, thanks to George Stringer's able help. I will publish vital stats after I get it back.
