I had to go to Memphis yesterday on buisness. Afterwards I dropped into a nearby Dick's Sporting Goods. Surprise, surprise, they actually had American Eagle 9mm Luger (115 gr., FMJ) on the shelf. Pocketed the limit of 5 boxes (50 rds. each) immediately and sang a happy tune all the way home. Now I can hit the range and try to reacquire some skills that have been seriously eroded through the recent ammo drought. On the way to work this morning I stopped at the Southaven WallyWorld and, lo and behold, there were 100 round boxes of Winchester white (115 gr., FMJ) in stock. Scored the 6 box limit; now I can do multiple range sessions. Reading the auguries and omens, I've also decided I need to drop $5 on Powerball tonight. It has to be my week.
