Scope recommendations please

I am looking for another tactical scope for my .223 or .243 and am hoping someone can give me some scopes to check out.

What I want:
1. Straight 10X
2. Mil dot reticle
3. Easy to read turrets
4. Adjustable objective
5. $100 -$150 Before you all start telling me about the value of optics let me say "I know but I don't have the money just yet to jump in to the more expensive scopes"

I have a Barska 8x32x50 and it works just fine except that the turrets are a bit sloppy and hard to read.

bushnell 3200

Yeah, the bushnell 3200 fixed 10 is listing at just under $200 and is getting some good press as a best buy. So much so, that I will buy one sometime soon, to use, hopefully, on a scoped Garand project.

Seems like a read that a Guard unit took several of these to the sandbox as spares and they saw combat, but I dunno for sure.
 
Its been a popular scope for us too, have seen people buy them for everything from a 10/22 to an AR and more.
When comparing to others there are few that match it under $200.

Midway has this scope on sale right now, , with Mil/Mil turrets, which should simplify ranging.

I had not seen Mil/Mil as an option prior.
