What type/size/brand of scope do you recommend for rimfire rifle metallic silhouette shooting (40 to 100 meters)? I'm not sure whether to go fixed or variable. There are some nice sounding airgun/rimfire scopes on the market. I expect to use the new Ruger 10/22-TNZ as the platform. This is my first venture into silhouette, so I'm not interested in investing $1000 in a scope ($200 is my target).
Also, can you recommend any silhouette web sites? I've not had much luck beyond real basics using the web searches.
