Schnellfeur Broomhandles in Brasil (Brazil)

Apparently many decades ago Brasil bought the Schnellfeur model of the Broomhandle for its police. Even with the shoulder stock attached, its cyclic rate of fire (800-900 rpm) made it very unmanageable. Brasil modified it by welding on an extension with a foregrip on the magazine housing. They wanted to export them to America but that fell through and they remain unused in a warehouse. I'd love to have an unmodified one.

As original from the factory:

That is pretty cool. I have a friend that has one and they are nearly useless in full auto, but cool as heck anyway.

A few years ago I stumbled into a deal on a matching numbers C96 from 1916 with matching shoulder stock and original leather harness. It is a close as I will ever be able to get to having a Schnellfeur.

here is my schnell in the middle of table

they are lots of fun to shoot. quick pulls of trigger with shoulder stock attached and you can hit what you are aiming at,:)

I want that entire table. Red9 has been a unicorn for me. but the box fed FA... mmmmh id pay for a new caliber...

I even like the ugly modded ones
