SCCY CPX-2 Problems

Took delivery on 12/02/2015
First day at the range: 12/6/2015

Recoil Spring Sub Assembly failed. The round retainer that holds the springs on the recoil rod broke. I found this during cleaning.
A total of 50 rounds were fired. 115 grain from Freedom Munitions and Perfecta from Walmart.
Emailed SCCY for replacement recoil spring sub assembly ( part number 01-056 ). We'll see how well the warranty works.
Anyone else have problems with a brand new SCCY?
 
No problems but mine came with the external safety, cut the web of my hand, called SCCY they sent a frame and all parts necessary to do away with the safety. Customer service was friendly and offered the parts immediately and without cost to me. I guess one could say that was a positive contact.
