Savage Slug Bolt Action

Im in the market to get a Savage slug gun for deer hunting here in Southern Indiana. What are to pros and cons to the 12 and 20 that Savage offers? I think I want the 20, but have never held either. I also heard the 20 had ejecting problems??
 
Savage 220 or 210

I have the same exact questions. I can't wait to see the info. I finally had a chance to hold a 12 ga and it seemed a bit heavy, but I could probably get used to it. Maybe ammo price and availability plays into this question as well. Jim
 
I was thinking since the 20 is built on a true rifle action, lighter weight, and less recoil I would like it better?
 
Well I picked up a 20 guage model 220f camo at dick yesterday. Im pretty impressed so far. It seems It is really built like a rifle, not a shotgun. Now just have to decide on optics. Im looking at the nokon omega or slughunter on an egw base and warne rings.
