I just inherited this 20 gauge and I know nothing about it,exept that it was my grandpa's,but he has been dead for 28 years. It has a broken trigger guard, but other than that,it's perfect.Someone tell me a little about it...

Don't know much about them, other than what is apparent....a simple, single-shot shotgun and likely very reliable as is typical of the breed. Winchester was making the similar Model 37 during approximately the same time frame. There was a time when seemingly more people were looking for a low-cost, reliable, all-around firearm for occasional hunting. A single shot shotgun filled that bill perfectly. Looks like yours was probably a "deluxe" model, plus it was your grandpa's, so it has to be a keeper.

Here's a place where you can get a new trigger guard.

The 220 was a little more upscale than most US made single shots, with better cosmetics than the Winchester 37.

Well made, and since it was your ancestor's gun, priceless.

Last one I saw for sale was a nice 12, the owner wanted $150 and it sold fast.
