Savage model 111

I have the opportunity to pick up a nice savage rifle but I'm not sure I understand exactly what I'm getting. From researching I can't tell if there is a model 111 long range hunter 300 win mag and if there is a plain Jane model 111 300 win mag.
There is a price in difference in searching both so I'd like to make sure I don't get robbed. Any help is appreciated.
 
To confuse the issue further, Savage sometimes makes rifles and drops them from the catalog. For example, my son has a Model 111 FV in 7mm Remington Magnum. Savage cataloged it for one year then dropped it. It's a great shooter, heavy barrel, synthetic stock. Very accurate rifle. But, it's no longer in the catalog.
