Savage Bolt Disassembly

Hi everyone. FNG here, thanks for having me. In reading the old posts, I saw that someone had instructions for taking down the Savage bolt. I also read that it was NOT recommended (fp protrusion, among other reasons). Understanding the risk, would it be possible for someone to email/post/url for this task? I also have a rimfire, is that the same bolt construction (it's a year old, as are the other two in .223 and 22-250)?
