Savage 93R17

Finally got a new replacement rifle for original gun that misfired and would not eject rounds and finally blew up. Only took 3 years for Savage to admit the rifle was a dud.
The original was a Cabela's special with the Pine Ridge scope and I mounted the same scope on the new gun.
I cannot get it zeroed in. At 50 yards will have 2 or 3 touching in bullseye and the remainder will be 1-2" off (fliers?).
Pretty limited to ammo but have tried Hornady, Win and CCI in .17 and 15.5 gr. all with same results.
This is a brand new rifle so cleaned barrel each firing for the first 10 rds. then cleaned again after each 5 round group.
Tried shooting 20 rds. without cleaning-- no change in grouping.
Will try a different scope next.
Any other suggestions or responses would be appreciated.
I have 2 CZ's and a Marlin that shoot the same ammo very accurately.

have the same rifle. system wont let me take picture. tried the package scope on a few other rifles it wouldnt really hold zero. as soon as i got it i put a bsa 3x12x40 on it and with 17 grain v max hornady its pretty accurate. makes me look better than i am.:):)
