Savage 1899 action - early SN with buttstock ...help!

I foolishly tried to rebarrel my early SN Savage Model 1899 .303 Savage. I now have good tight action with buttstock. Anybody out there interested in either helping me rebarrel it to a more modern cartridge or perhaps you might be interested in taking the action for your own project.
